Banana Bread

Nice warm Banana Bread. Outside nice and crispy, inside soft and warm. I bake these in my Mini Loaf pan. One recipe will yield 8 mini loafs. I always bake with mini pans so the servings are smaller and less guilty to enjoy. I split the batter adding half a cup of walnuts to one and half a cup of chocolate chips into the other. As a side note.. I always add one extra banana for that extra moist goodness…
