Speechless, ashamed, embarrassed are a few words that come to my mind when I see this picture. It’s amazing what a year does when your dedicated to losing weight. I remember days when I just wasn’t happy with how I looked.  I am so happy I did a complete over haul to my lifestyle and made this change. This Jan will by the third year of my weight loss journey, if I needed any motivation to stick to it, this picture would be it. I will never become 2008 Amanda ever again. PS monkey socks RULE!!!!
